Term 1 for Swordlight is now open for Registration!

The Book of 2nd Corinthians was written approximately one year after Paul’s initial letter to this church. In his 1st letter Paul had to address issues of carnality and serious sin. Paul also spoke on the importance and usage of spiritual gifts, while placing a special emphasis on Love. 

 What were the fruits of his 1st letter? 

In progressing through 2nd Corinthians, we see a favourable response and outcome to many of Paul’s concerns. As a result, Paul can now provide an understanding and pathway towards sanctification through the message of the cross. He also provides insights to the spiritual warfare and opposition he experienced on their behalf. 

Paul’s 2nd letter to the Corinthian church is a message that needs to be heard in the churches of our day.
