This mission trip will include:-
* Daily family devotion and prayer 
* Serving in Children’s programme at an orphanage/children’s home
* Bringing the children on an outing to a mini zoo
* Hosting the children for an evening of games and refreshments
* ⁠Visiting Lighthouse’s self-sustaining farms and fishpond, including fish feeding and harvesting fresh produce for the orphanage

Due to limited vacancies, please register early if you are interested in joining the mission trip.
Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee a place. Applicants will be notified once their registration has been reviewed and confirmed by the organising team, and payment details will then be provided.
Payment must be made within 7 days of notification for the registration to be considered complete.

NOTABLE POINTS:
1.	Must be FULLY Vaccinated and generally in good health.
2.	Must be a regular attendee of Lighthouse’s physical Sunday Services.
3.	Must attend all the mission trip briefings and orientation.
4.	Upon notification, you must fully pay the mission fee by the stipulated deadline.
5.	Must be willing to submit to the Missions team and Church leadership.
6.	A picture of your passport (photo info page) and vaccination status will be collected upon acceptance of the application. Please ensure that your passport is valid for a minimum of 6 months from date of departure from Batam to Singapore (18 Jun 2026).
7.	Participants who require a visa to enter Indonesia are responsible for making the necessary visa arrangements prior to travel.
8.	Refund of payment is subject to the progress stage of the Mission trip.
9.	Mission programmes may be amended to suit local situations.
10.	There shall be NO deviation from the group travel date.
11.	You MUST purchase your travel insurance.
