I am participating in this camp and all related activities voluntarily. I understand and agree to the following terms:

我同意承担和接受此营会及所有相关活动中可能发生的任何伤害、损失或损坏之风险。I assume and accept all risks and to be solely responsible for any injury, loss or damage, arising out of my participation in this camp programme and all related activities.

我完全同意在整个营会和所有相关活动中，灯塔教会、其同工及其代表免于承担任何第三方的个人财产损失或人身伤害以及可能发生的所有索赔、要求、诉讼和费用的责任。I fully agree that throughout the camp programme and all related activities, Lighthouse Evangelism Church staff and representatives shall be indemnified and held harmless from any third party for personal property loss or personal injury, as well as any claims, demands, actions and costs that may arise.

我同意灯塔教会及其筹委会将不会对活动过程中可能发生的任何意外事件承担责任或索赔。I agree that my child's participation in the activity is purely voluntary. I will not hold the Church liable or responsible for any loss or injury sustained by my child arising in connection with his/her participation in the programme.
