Baptism and Membership Class Application - August 2026
2026年8月洗礼及会员课程申请表格


This form is to be completed by candidates applying for water baptism and membership in Lighthouse Evangelism.  Only those 16 years old and above are eligible to be members.
此表格适用于即将接受洗礼并申请成为灯塔教会的会员。仅限于16岁及以上人士。

If you have been baptised and are applying for membership only, please complete the Membership Application Form link: https://qr.lighthouse.org.sg/mcaug26

Please fill out this form and click submit.  Registration closes on 2 August 2026.

Baptism Ceremony (To be conducted at Lighthouse Evangelism Woodlands Centre)

1 November 2026 (Sunday) - 9.00am and 11.30am 
2026年11月1日 (星期日) - 早上9点 及11点30分

Please note that there is a limited capacity for each baptism session. Selection of a preferred time does not guarantee placement in that session. Candidates will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and may be assigned to the next available session if the selected session is full.  请注意, 洗礼时段名额有限。您的选择并不保证您一定被安排在该时段。受洗者将按照先到先得的分配；若您所选的时段已满，您将会被安排在另一个时段。

Please note that attending the Baptism and Membership class is a pre-requisite for participation in the water baptism application.  请注意，完成洗礼及会员课程是参加洗礼及成为会员资格的先决条件。
